These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Papolang, including our website, web app, mobile app, audio lessons, and related services. By using Papolang, you agree to these Terms.

Papolang provides audio-first language learning lessons, practice tools, and related educational content. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that happens through your account.

Papolang may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices, billing periods, features, and trial offers may vary by platform, country, or promotion.

If you subscribe through an app store or payment provider, billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by that provider under its own terms.

You can cancel a subscription using the cancellation flow provided by the platform where you subscribed. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are not refundable.

• Use Papolang for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Share your account in a way that avoids payment limits.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute lessons or content without permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or misleading information.

Papolang and its lessons, audio, text, designs, trademarks, software, and other materials are owned by Papolang or its licensors. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial learning only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or support messages, you allow us to use them to improve Papolang without owing compensation. You are responsible for any content you submit through the service.

Papolang is designed to help you learn and practice languages, but we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, fluency levels, test results, or professional qualifications.

Papolang may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, app distribution, email, or other product functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We work to keep Papolang reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access to Papolang if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law. You may stop using Papolang at any time.

Papolang is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papolang will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of Papolang after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
